Simon has built and leads the CEO and Board Practice. Prior to founding Clark Langdon Partners, Simon started his career in search as a researcher in London in 1995 and spent time progressing with three search boutiques, prior to this he had a successful career in enterprise technology sales.

As an accomplished, diligent and versatile search professional, William brings an unparalleled commitment and dedication to every search ensuring each search is closed with the shortest completion time and of the highest quality.

Prior to co-founding Clark Langdon, William spent time as a Researcher and Consultant with another search boutique firm and prior to this was in management positions within FMCG since 1998.
